Your order usually ships 3 business days after receipt. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping costs vary, depending on method. We use UPS and USPS.
Effective Immediately:
You may return any item that does not satisfy you completely within 10 days from the date of invoice, provided it is in the original condition with the original packaging. We'll be glad to credit your account or refund your payment.
After 10 days, merchandise may be returned for credit only and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before you return anything, you MUST call customer service for an authorization to return at: 1-925-634-5122
Do not discard your invoice! Your invoice number is your return authorization. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice number and date of purchase. Returns with be credited or refunded in the same method of payment as they were purchased. Mail your return to:

To Return an Item:
1. Pack the item in its original package in a sturdy carton sealed with strong tape. We are not responsible for any returns in non-padded envelopes or breakage due to inadequate packaging.
2. Mark your package clearly, with your invoice number, to facilitate your return.
3. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all returned shipments. With the exception of if we issue a call tag through UPS you will not have to pay shipping. For your protection, ship all returns pre-paid and insured.
4. We charge a 15% restocking fee (plus postage) on all refused or unclaimed orders, declined credit card orders and items returned for a refund. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise returned after the 10-day period.
