Hello,
My name is Marissa Newman, I am lead designer and
owner of Be Jeweled. Be Jeweled is a family run business.
My youngest daughter, Shanley inspired me to start beading
when she was a small girl and has literally grown up
with our company. Little did she know what getting me
started with a few simple beads would lead to… I love
to incorporate many techniques into one piece. Wire
wrapping, seed bead artistry, polymer clay artistry
and chain maille are my favorites but that list seems
to keep growing as I do as an artist.
Shanley who is now 13 is already becoming
skilled at working with wire and creating her own designs.
I have 3 other children. Two have grown up and started
their own lives.
At Be Jeweled our desire is to know that our customers
